Accommodation

	FTS Tourism is the official travel agent for the ISEO 2011 Meeting and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.
	We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. FTS Tourism will not be able to guarantee rooms after July 10, 2011.
	Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied.
	Rooms will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.

Participants Who Register First Will Stay İn The Symposium Hotel, Maritim Pine Beach Resort Hotel, During The Symposium.

Accommodation prices covers all inclusive concept. Services in all inclusive concept are; Free Alcoholic/Soft Beverages 12:00 a.m. A Day, Open Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Night Buffet, Swimming Pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfer, Shuttle between Hotels.

Participants who are not going to stay at the Maritim Pine Beach Resort but are going to attend the symposium and stay at hotel between 08:00 am- 20:00 pm are required to pay 50 Euro daily fee. ( VAT included) according to the hotel rules since it provides an all inclusive accommodation.

Personal Insurance:
We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
